Allison Noland

Allison has spent her working life alternately in retail management and non-profit sectors. She is also a lifelong volunteer in public service. Her experience with people with disabilities dates back to elementary school when she worked with those who were hearing impaired. Through high school and college, she expanded into assisting with people with all types of disabilities.
Allison’s first non-profit job was in a transitional home for women and children. She has been working to employ people with disabilities for the last three years. During her previous experience as an Employment Specialist, she found a special affinity for the visually impaired and enjoys using her skills to further the mission of Bosma.

Allison enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and houseful of pets! She also works part time at the YMCA. In her free time, she loves reading, biking, running with her dogs, traveling and cooking.
