Vocational Specialist

After many years of working with the Bosma Rehabilitation Center, where he developed and implemented vocational programs as well as a Home Maintenance Program, Calvin Glover came to Bosma Enterprises in 2006. In the capacity of Vocational Specialist, he is responsible for the development and maintenance of the Vocational Readiness and Manual Skills Program. Calvin brings to Bosma over 33 years of experience working with people who are blind and visually impaired.

Occupational Development Center - Vocational Evaluation Coordinator Developed and implemented a work evaluation program for the MI and MR
State of Indiana’s Blind Services Division - Vocational Evaluation Specialist Developed and implemented all vocational programs involving assessment and training at the Bosma Industrial Workshop for the Blind, where he also worked as Plant Manager and Assistant Supervisor of Industries
Calvin’s interests are sports, reading and travel. He is a lifelong member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
