Classes and Services We Offer

Keyboarding

Hands on a keyboard in the keyboarding room

Keyboarding class teaches the basic skills of touch-typing.  Instructors use a talking computer program, along with exercises to teach basic typing skills and to improve existing skills. Speed-building and basic document formatting are included in this program.  For those individuals who cannot see or who are finding it difficult to use a computer mouse, knowledge of the keyboard layout is extremely important when navigating throughout various computer programs.
