VI Teacher

Paige is one busy lady spending half of her time working in the Rehabilitation Center and the other half of her time at the Industries portion of Bosma. For Bosma Rehabilitation, Paige teaches Keyboarding, College Prep classes, and GED classes as well as doing functional vision exams. While working in the Industries portion of Bosma, Paige works with the STEP (Student Training and Employment Program) students both during the school year and summer programs. She has also helped set up the retail store, makes accessible forms and Brailled items, as well as other job functions.

While teaching the Indiana School for the Blind, Paige also coached the track team, the speech team, and the cheerleading squad. She also volunteered with Special Olympics, and was the yearbook sponsor for several years.

Paige loves music and while in college played the flute, saxophone and percussion in the band. She was also the president of the International Club and a member of LINK (Love Is Needed by Kids), which is a big brother/big sister organization.

Paige has two sons, Michael and Nicholas. In her free time Paige loves spending time with her children, doing crafts, and playing on the computer. She also enjoys playing in her church’s handbell choir, playing the flute, and collecting antiques.
