"Confidence is the hinge on the door to success." Overcoming any challenge requires that we set a path and stay the course until we reach our goal. Abraham Lincoln ran for office seven times before he was elected president. But his tenacity and confidence put him into the highest office of the land. At Bosma we see these qualities in our clients everyday. And everyday, we see more real success. Read just a few of our favorite success stories! Jenny's Story - "There's nothing I can't do!"“My experience of being a Bosma client was awe-inspiring and one of the most positive adventures of my life. I not only learned vital visual impairment routines like Braille and walking with my cane but I learned a few life lessons, too. At Bosma they always told us that “if there is a will there is a way”, no matter what you are trying to accomplish in our society. Not only did they help me build my skills, but they helped me build my confidence, too. Now I feel like there is nothing I can’t do if I just put my mind to it. For example, I’ve always loved to sew and at Bosma I Iearned that with practice and new techniques I could find a way to sew again - now by touch rather than sight. My adventures continue everyday!
