Itinerant Rehabilitation Teacher

Tami Dodd Jones grew up in Des Moines, Iowa and later moved to East Lansing, Michigan, where she met her husband David. Later they moved to the eastern shore of Maryland where she became an Itinerant Teacher of the Visually Impaired. She taught there for four years, but moved back to the midwest in 1997, about 18 months after her son Christopher was born.
As her son as he began his kindergarten year, Tami decided to take some time off from working outside the home. However, she kept up her skills as an independent contractor for another two years, teaching Braille and daily living skills to both blind children and adults.
Tami joined Bosma Enterprises in 2006 as an IRT. She serves six counties in the northwestern part of Indiana including: Jasper, Lake, LaPorte , Newton, Porter, and Starke Counties.
